SWLA Legionella Risk Assessment and the Tenant’s Advice Sheet – Legionnaires Disease, are available for members to download from our stationery page in the member’s area.
Members can complete the risk assessment themselves and keep it alongside their copy of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. The Tenants Guide should be given to the tenant(s). There is currently no requirement for members to pay a contractor to complete the assessment.
