‘Colebrook SW’ are a local charity who are looking for 6 bedroomed properties (with a room that could be used as a small office) in which to support vulnerable adults.
- Central area preferred but all areas considered
- Guaranteed rent of at least £1200 rent per month
- All bills, compliance and general maintenance paid for and completed by Colebrook
- Tenants found and managed by Colebrook – Staff on during the day and 24 hr cover
- 5 year+ lease – bespoke as required
- 4/5 bedroomed properties (with office potential) will also be considered (with rent adjusted accordingly)
