Who Are SWLA?

The South West Landlords Association, formerly known as the Devon and Cornwall Small Landlords Association, was established in Plymouth over three decades ago by a dedicated group of residential landlords.

Since then, it has become a trusted resource and advocate for landlords across the South West of England. The association provides support through seminars, workshops, and networking events to help members stay informed about industry trends and regulations. It also advocates for landlords’ interests at various levels of government and fosters a sense of community among its members through social gatherings and collaborative projects.
