SWLA also run full and ½ day training courses covering various topics which include Inventories, Landlord Repairing Obligations, Ending a Tenancy, Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Legionella Risk Assessments. Feedback we have received from these courses include:
“I found hearing about different situations and how to deal with them very useful.”
“The course was full of useful information and guidance for landlords.”
“The attention to detail regarding recent legislation changes was very useful.”
“South West Landlords Association have advanced a further step with their training and accreditation scheme by becoming part of the West of England Rental Standard. By gaining accreditation landlords are demonstrating their willingness to promote good standards and management practice and to distance themselves from Rogue Landlords.
I am happy to recommend the training and I encourage landlords to become accredited.” Anne Marie Morris MP
